What Size Dumpster Do I Need?

Pick a size by the job you are doing. Every container we run is a 20-yard — here is what that handles, and the one job it does not. For the sizes themselves, see the Dumpster Sizes Guide.

Every container we run is a 20-yard roll-off from $379 with 2 tons included. Your price is confirmed before you book — through the booking tool or on the phone with us. Rates depend on the delivery area and staying within the included tonnage. Call (941) 404-5356

Tile roofing is the exception

Tile weighs far more than shingle. A container filled with tile exceeds the maximum weight we can legally haul, so a 20-yard roll-off is not the right call for a tile tear-off. Call us before you book if your roof is tile and we will tell you how to handle it.

Choose By Project

A 20-yard container is the practical answer for most residential and contractor work across our dumpster rental service areas. These are the jobs it is built for.

Home renovations

Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and room-by-room remodels. A 20-yard handles the debris from a full renovation without taking more driveway than it needs to.

Roofing tear-offs

Roughly 40 squares of shingle per container. That covers most residential roofs in one drop. Tile is the exception — see above.

Construction debris

Framing offcuts, drywall, packaging and general site waste from contractor work and new build clean-up.

Property cleanouts

Whole-house clearances, garage and shed clear-outs, and the bulky items kerbside collection will not take.

Still Not Sure?

Tell us what is coming out and roughly how much of it, and we will tell you straight whether one container will do it. If the job needs two, we would rather say so before delivery than after. Call (941) 404-5356
